What Indian law says
This is general information, not legal advice. India's Information Technology Act, 2000 makes it an offence to publish or transmit obscene or sexually explicit material electronically (sections 67 and 67A), and treats material involving children with particular severity (section 67B).
In practice: keep adult content private, don't share explicit AI-generated material, and never create anything involving minors or real people. UncutGPT blocks content involving minors and limits adult roleplay to users who confirm they are 18 or older.
