About these terms
These terms apply when you use UncutGPT. By creating an account or sending a message, you agree to them, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy. We may update the terms as the service changes; continuing to use it means you accept the current version. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Eligibility and your account
UncutGPT is intended for adults, and the roleplay section requires confirming you are 18 or older. An account is required to send messages. Keep access to your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Wallet sign-in proves ownership and never asks for a payment, transaction approval or recovery phrase.
Plans and limits
Free accounts default to 5 messages and 1 image per UTC day; current limits appear in the app. Video generation requires Plus or Super. A message, image or video that fails without a result does not count. Plus costs $9.99 per month and includes unlimited chats and roleplay, 100 photo uploads and 5 videos per paid month, and 30 image generations per UTC day. Super costs $49.99 per month and includes unlimited chats, roleplay and photo uploads, 20 videos per paid month, and 200 image generations per UTC day. Card subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and renew automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Manage plan; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for and can resume the subscription before then. Switching between Plus and Super takes effect immediately: you're charged for a new month of the new plan, minus credit for the unused days of your current plan, and your monthly billing date moves to the day you switch. If the credit is larger, as it usually is when you move to Plus, nothing is charged and the rest is kept as credit toward your next renewals. Photos and videos already used in the current month still count toward the new plan's allowance, and you can switch up to twice in 30 days. If a second subscription is started by mistake, it is set not to renew and its payment is sent to us for a refund review. Accounts that have never paid may be offered, once, a 24-hour Plus pass for a one-time $1.49: it includes Plus features with 1 video, starts when the payment is confirmed, and doesn't renew. The offer's countdown is real; it can't be bought after it ends. Memberships paid any other way, such as those arranged with an administrator, cover one calendar month and renew manually. You can request a refund of a payment from the last 30 days in Manage plan, or under Billing history on the plans page once you no longer have a plan. We review every request; an approved refund goes back to the original payment method, ends the access that payment bought, and stops the subscription from renewing. Refunding the charge for a plan switch returns you to the plan and end date you had before the switch. For other refund questions, contact uncutgpt@proton.me. Yearly plans are not available. File-size, storage and concurrency limits apply; see the checkout for current availability. We may change free allowances with notice in the app.
Developer API
Where it is available, the UncutGPT API lets you use UncutGPT's models from your own code with secret keys created on the API platform at uncutgpt.com/api. You must be 18 or older and accept these terms before creating your first key. You are responsible for every request made with your keys and for anyone you serve through them, including making sure they follow these terms and the Community Guidelines; revoke a key at once if it leaks. API use is paid from prepaid credit bought through Dodo Payments and is separate from Plus and Super. Each request is charged for its tokens at the price listed on the API platform when it runs, including runs in its Playground; prices follow our providers' and may change. Credit is non-refundable except where the law requires it; when a credit purchase is refunded, the matching unspent credit is removed. Rate limits and spending limits apply and may change. We may revoke keys or suspend API access used to break these terms, to harm the service or other people, or to resell access to the API without our written agreement.
AI responses
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive. Uncensored models answer more directly and can be wrong. Check important information and use qualified professional advice where appropriate. Roleplay characters and their statements are fictional.
Your content and conduct
You own what you submit and are responsible for it. Only submit content you have permission to use. Never create content involving minors, sexual content about real people, or material that exploits, harasses or exposes others, and do not use the service for illegal activity or to evade access controls. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
Model capabilities, capacity and availability depend on AI providers and may change or pause without notice. The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
Conversations
Normal conversations are saved to your account. Private conversations are discarded when you leave them, but AI providers still process their content. The Privacy Policy explains current data handling.
Ending your account
You can stop using UncutGPT at any time and close your account in Settings. Closing an account ends access; it does not erase the server records described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
